The Orca Bath Lift M34132 allows a person to sit lower and more towards the back of the bath, giving extra leg room and good immersion in the bath water. Its high backrest provides good postural support, whether upright or reclined. Supplied with mesh covers, however the textured surface of the lift gives a non-slip effect, so it can be used without the covers if required. Please note that cover colour may vary from that shown.

This NRS L97718 Shower Stool from Nottingham Rehab Supplies allows you to sit down when showering to increase your comfort and make it a more relaxing experience. It’s useful if you find it difficult to stand for long enough to shower safely and is a simple yet ideal solution for someone who is at risk of falls. Using the stool in a shower or wet room can help increase confidence when showering for a child or elderly person.

The stool is highly durable with a strong moulded plastic seat that is comfortable to sit on. The round seat measures 325 mm in diameter and has a textured surface that gives slip resistance when you’re seated. The stool has strengthened aluminum legs that adjust easily in increments between 356 mm and 534 mm (14″-21″). It is very easy to adjust the height by simply pushing in the snap buttons on each leg, then sliding the leg extensions up or down the frame tube to the adjustment hole to the height you need, then let the button pop back out through the hole in each leg. Non-slip rubber ferrule feet ensure the stool doesn’t slip on the shower or wet room floor.

The stool is supplied flat packed. Some assembly is required using a screwdriver (not included) but this is easy to do. This NRS Duo Height Adjustable Walking Trolley, P23117, Turquoise Blue has been designed in conjunction with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and End Users, to act as a combined household trolley and walking support. While a standard household trolley is not designed to provide support to the user, our Duo Trolley is specifically designed to be support users while they go about their day to day household tasks. The height adjustable frame adjusts between 83.5 – 98cm (33 – 38.5″”) and is based on a standard wheeled walking frame to offer excellent stability.

The two trays have been positioned to allow a natural walking gait while transporting items, allowing the user to maintain their independence for household tasks and movement around their home. For example, the Duo is ideal for transporting a meal from the kitchen and the top tray can then be used as a meal table while seated. Easy to operate, the rear legs feature unique dual action sliders with a curved nylon base that allow the trolley to be pushed forward, but that also have a grip section if the user leans their weight on the frame, creating stability and stopping the trolley moving.
