Customer Service Lines Our customer service lines are open 7 days a week. If you have a query or need some advice on our product range, just call anytime between 9am and 5pm and we’ll be here. Delivery We offer free delivery on all orders over £30. If you order a larger item or need help when an item is delivered, choose our ‘accompanied delivery’ option. Our delivery team will ensure that your item is delivered, assembled and demonstrated exactly where you want it, so you don’t have to worry about getting in extra help…or how to use it!! If you order an adjustable bed from us, ‘accompanied delivery’ is free! 2 Year Warranty All of our rise and recline chairs and electrical adjustable beds are covered by a two year warranty. Included in our two year warranty package is a free call out service if your product breaks down. If our customer service engineers cannot rectify the problem over the phone, we will arrange for an engineer to visit and inspect the item. We aim to get to you as soon as possible and have 5 service vans throughout the UK, on call, every day to make sure (in the unlikely event of a problem) that you aren’t kept waiting. In the event of a bed or chair having to come back to our factory, we will arrange for a loan item until your product is ready for re-delivery. Accessories and smaller items are covered by a one year warranty. Accidental damage and general wear and tear is not covered, but if a product is faulty we will replace it free of charge.
