The Mobility Offers 7 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all chair and bed purchases made from our website.

1. The 7 Day Money Back Guarantee period will start from the date that the customer receives their product. If the item is delivered via a courier service (e.g. TNT) then the date will commence on the day the receipt of delivery was signed for, if the customer chose our ‘Accompanied delivery’ service then the date will commence on the day the delivery receipt was signed for with our installation team.

2. Where a product is within the 7 day period and a refund is requested, Mobility Offers will refund the original product purchase price. The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:

• Delivery charges from Mobility Offers
• Cost to return the product to Mobility Offers

3. Returned goods must be in their original packaging with all accessories, and be in original condition.

4. Where an item is found to be faulty, Mobility Offers will provide a replacement along with the necessary service and support.

5. Where the customer elects to receive a refund instead of a replacement, the reimbursed amount will be as outlined in Section 2.

6. Mobility Offers reserves the rights to make changes to these terms and conditions without notice.
