Terms and Conditions

Purchasing Products from our Website 

All of our products are shown with VAT EXCLUDED with inc VAT in brackets underneath. VAT is onyl added when you do not fill out the small VAT exemption form (for goods to be sold exclusive of VAT the product and customer must be eligible, which all of our rise and recline chairs and adjustable beds are). Please Contact us if you have any queries to find out whether you are eligible. Delivery prices are shown on the delivery page and at the ‘shopping basket’ stage, in which you have a choice available and is accepted at this stage. You will be informed of any product price changes if they fluctuate from that of your order. It is your decision whether or not you wish to proceed with the order from that point on. In the unlikely event of a product being out of stock we will send you an e-mail to inform you, at which time you can change your order or terminate the contract. We do our utmost to accurately estimate when items will be mailed and/or delivered, however, several aspects out of our control can vary the anticipated dates given. Thus, please take all dates given as an approximation.

Your Right To Cancel

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of your order within seven days of delivery (starting the day after the receipt of the goods).

To Cancel Your Order Before Delivery

If your order has not reached the delivery process, our customer service team will be able to cancel your order. Please email:

To Cancel Your Order After Delivery

To cancel this contract, after delivery (under your statutory rights), you must notify Mobility Offers of your intention and the requirement to return the goods either by phone or by e-mail: cancellations@bedsandchairsdirect.com 

Items delivered that you wish to cancel will have to be sent back to Mobility Offers, postage will not be refunded for returned goods. If you would like us to collect the items from you there will be a collection charge of £95.00. The item must not have been used, must be complete with all parts and components and must not be damaged in any way. A refund will only be issued to the invoice payee/address by the method used for the initial payment. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.

Online Contract Formation

By completing and submitting the electronic order form, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and are making an offer to purchase goods from Mobility Offers. Our acceptance to your offer will only be considered complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation to you, or when the goods you ordered are effectively dispatched, whichever happens first. If for any reason your order is rejected before we accept your offer and payment has been taken, a full refund will be made immediately. Any goods on the same order which we have not confirmed in the dispatch confirmation and that have not been dispatched to you do not form part of the binding contract between you and Mobility Offers.
